I don't know... It's just 10 minutes and you are responsible for "only" 5 minutes... 5 minutes, what is this? Maybe 500 to 1000 words maximum, if they speak all the time. So many unknowns here... We just don't know what it is about. It doesn't take that long to do 5 minutes of subtitling... Is there a template for it or do you have to create it from scratch?
Otherwise, suggest them a flat rate... But the rate is up to you. ^^ You didn't ask what they want to pay you?
