TranStation experts?

Hi all,

I'm trying to do a subbing test for an agency, and I'm having a few issues with the software they want me to use, TranStation.

I have no idea how to add the subtitles I've translated to the video itself, all I keep getting is "No currently open word document."

I keep scouring the manuals the agency gave me, and I can't find anything. I'm completely lost, and I feel like an idiot!
