How can I add subtitles to an MP4 file and return back an MP4 again?

Hi

I would be very grateful if someone could help me with this. I have always use srt. files for subtitles, but this new client is asking me to provide the translated videos back to them as MP4 files, and I´ve got no idea how to do it!

Can someone assist, please?
